Stephanie’s Energy Snacks

1 tablespoon coconut oil (cold pressed, virgin coconut oil, not processed)
1 scoop of a protein powder or other nutritional supplement (we use NutriiVeda)
1 handful uncooked oatmeal
1 rounded teaspoon peanut butter

Mix and enjoy. Eat with a spoon. Will not drop your blood sugar and will probably stop any sugar cravings. Warning: coconut oil has gut healing properties. If you’ve never tried dietary interventions before, you may see symptoms of yeast die off such as headaches, crankiness (anger or agression in children), tiredness, and other signs.
